HMS Queen Elizabeth Shipshape And Almost Ready
The first of Britain’s new aircraft carriers is less than six months away from her sea trials. HMS Queen Elizabeth is nearing completion at Rosyth, north of Edinburgh. Despite recent problems with manpower, the Royal Navy is confident it will have the personnel and skills required to operate the new platform. Commodore Jerry Kyd, the Commanding Officer, told Forces TV:
