Not sure if the kindergartens in New Zealand, or other countires for that matter, teach this level of maths in Kindergartens but they also learn Chinese and English, drawing, dancing and reading among other things. Amazing how they pick it all up actually.
Maybe I have been here too long and am out of touch with the rest of the world and they do this as well.
