As initially reported by Eldar Murtazin, the Samsung Galaxy SIII is expected to debut at next month’s MWC in Barcelona.
As with all rumours, this should be taken with a grain of salt. Besides the rumoured Quad core processor running at 1.5-1.6 GHz, other specs supposedly include an HD resolution screen (probably bigger than current model), a 12 megapixel camera and will most likely run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
