By the way, our lucky commander who got the 30% for passive smoking, even though those who smoked around him didn’t get free issue, which I have in writing, is now the criteria, may not even have been in a combat zone, or conflict situation at all, let alone at the time he contracted this so debilitating condition.

What we may have here, could be a clear case of “looking after the boys” so I have asked for some clarification of this. Don’t hesitate to use this as a precedent when you are making any claims. Watch them blush…
