It Never Ceases to Amaze Me!

It never ceases to amaze me how flexible and talented Communicators are.  Here is an email I recently received from Ken McCann.  Ken served from 1961 – 1971 on Otago and Waikato and was responsible for the disappearance of Lord Nelson’s flag of HMS Victory.  Well he did sunset and it never went back up at Colours.  Here is an extract from his email.

Don’t know if any of my old shipmates would be interested in hearing this.   I also sang on the “Y’s of Waikato” EP for the cripple children of the Waikato district.  I wrote this song a few years back to pay homage to my countrymens wonderful sailors but never did anything with it.  I am currently residing in Seattle Washington USA.  Hopefully some of the guys will remember me an get a kick out of this tune.    Press Play to listen.
